1. What are the gym’s hours of operation ?
- Staffed hours are:
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 9 PM
Saturday – Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM - Members have access 24/7.
2. How do I sign up for a membership ?
- You can sign up for a membership by clicking here or in person during staffed hours.
3. What types of memberships do you offer ?
- We offer monthly and yearly membership, as well discounted prices for family plans and military, first responders and teachers. Click here to get more info about our pricing.
4. Do you offer a free trial ?
- We don’t currently offer any free trials, but from time to time we host events where members can bring a guest for free. Make sure to follow us on our social media platforms to stay updated.
5. Can I pause or cancel my membership ?

6. Do you have personal trainers ?

7. do you offer any classes ?
- At the moment we do not offer any classes.
8. Do you have bathrooms and locker rooms ?
- We have both men’s and women’s locker rooms / bathrooms available for your convenience. However, the locker rooms don’t have showers.
9. Is parking available at the gym ?
- Yes, we offer convenient, surveillance monitored parking at our facility.
10. Do you have any age restrictions ?
- Our gym is open to individuals aged 13 and above.
11. What should I do if I’m new to working out ?
- Our staff will be more than happy to help familiarize you with the equipment. We also recommend starting with an introductory training session with one of the on site trainers.
12. Is there a cancellation fee if I want to cancel my membership ?
- Annual memberships will inquire a cancellation fee if terminated early. Terms & Conditions on those details, to include the cancellation policy for annual memberships, can be found on our Membership Agreement.
13. Are there any additional fees ?
- Gym initiation fee $49 ( due at sign-up )
- Gym enhancement fee $29 ( billed annually in April )
14. Can I bring a guest ?
- Guests are welcome! Members can bring a guest by purchasing a day pass. From time to time we host events where members can bring a guest for free. Make sure to follow us on our social media platforms to stay updated.
15. How do I update my contact details or membership preferences ?
- You can easily update your personal information and preferences by logging into your member account or by contacting our staff.
