  There's a good mix of old school equipment, like a great pullover machine and tons of classic Cybex and Body Master stuff, and new equipment like a pendulum squat. There's the usual suspects like cable stations, some racks, smiths, plus space for carries, a tire flip, a competition combo rack, a few treadmills and stairs, and more towards the back that I didn't even check out. The vibe was right - front desk guy was nice and anyone on the floor I interacted with was ok with sharing equipment, but everyone else was equally in their own world focusing on their training, which is what I'm into. I dropped in while traveling and I'll hit again before taking off. It's a cool spot that's worth the $20 for a drop in and it would likely be my home gym if I lived in the area.

  Great gym.  Harry was awesome talked to me over the phone and walked me through the process and best plan for the money.  Will be here a few days and will be back in a few months.  15 card punch is the best thing going if your from out of town and come back often.
